Brookshire Brothers and Coldspring Community raise funds for CAPL

It is extraordinary how our Coldspring Community continually supports fundraising causes!  This time it was through Brookshire Brothers where Brookshire’s conducted a fundraising drive for the Coldspring Area Public Library.   Once again for at least the fourth year running, Brookshire’s cashiers conducted enthusiastically the drive by asking their patrons if they would donate to the library—and they came through with a record amount this year of $2,908.  Thank you to the cashiers and to the public for your  generous response.

The cashiers who walked away with the gift cards for the most contributions at their registers are:  Charlotte Cruz, Dee Moore, Ruth Cardenas, Korenna Tollar and Samantha Barnett. We thank them for their promotion of this fundraising event for the library which enables the library to provide the newest and most up-to-date technology, programs, and communications.  As a non-profit organization, this is one of the ways we raise money to bring money in so the very best can be provided to the CAPL patrons.  Thank you one and all.
